Softestad Camping combines the basics with thoughtful extras. Whether you're camping in a tent or staying in one of our cabins, you'll find clean facilities, beautiful natural spots to relax, and friendly touches to make your stay smooth and cozy.

 On-site Kiosk, With reception and tourist information

  • Coffee & tea

  • Ice cream, soda, mineral water

  • Snacks, cookies, chocolates

  • Baguettes & frozen pizzas to bake yourself

  • Firewood to use in the fire pits or take home 

 Electricity Access

  • Power outlets are available throughout the camping grounds

  • Extension cords can be borrowed during your stay

 Toilets, Showers & Water Access

  • Separate women’s and men’s bathrooms

  • Clean showers in the main building

  • Drinking water stations available across the site

  • Campers and motorhomes can fill water tanks on site

  • Toilet waste can be emptied — grey water cannot

 Kitchen & Dishwashing

  • Shared indoor kitchen in the main facility

  • Outdoor half-kitchen with dishwashing sinks

  • Includes ovens and space to heat food (e.g. baguettes, frozen pizza)

 Laundry

  • Washing machine and dryer available for guest use

  • Located in the main service building

  • ! Notify and pay at the reception to make sure the machines are available for you to use

 Fire Pits & BBQ Areas

  • Firewood can be purchased at the kiosk to be used in the fire pits only.

  • Two communal fire pits with grills

  • Located at both beaches

  • Perfect for evening barbecues or campfire chats

  • ! No open fires are allowed anywhere on the beaches or on the grounds

 Seating & Picnic Spots

  • Picnic tables and benches throughout the campsite

  • Shaded and sunny spots to relax, eat, or read a book

 Wi-Fi

  • Free Wi-Fi available in central areas

  • Designed for light use (messages, browsing)

 Pets

  • Dogs welcome 🐾

  • Always on leash

  • Walk dogs outside the camping area

  • Dispose of waste in main containers only
